Error After Installing SQL Server 2005 SP2: "Failed to compile: Microsoft.ReportingServices.QueryDesigners, Version=9.0.242.0"

I get this about once per minute for a while and then it seems to go away:

.NET Runtime Optimization Service (clr_optimization_v2.0.50727_32) - Failed to compile: Microsoft.ReportingServices.QueryDesigners, Version=9.0.242.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91 . Error code = 0x80070002
Also, I have installed SQL Server 2005 SP2 (up to build 3159) *and* Visual Studio 2005 SP1. I have the .NET Optimization Service running on my machine but whatever... The Report Designer works for me in Visual Studio 2005.

Anyone seen this and/or know whether or not anything will "break" as a result? I don't see any obvious effects now but I haven't put it through rigorous testing.

I have had the same experience - at build 3042. As with your experience I have not had issues with the report viewer but get the error (a number of times) after reboot
