Miscellaneous Bits & Pieces:
SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 4 Features: A new version of OPENXML is included that removes the previous dependency on the version of MSXML used by the OS. SP4 embeds an internal version of MSXML that is backwards compatible with MSXML 2.6
SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 4 Features: Any version of SQL Server can now be run on the 64-bit platform although the non-64-bit editions will be using the 32-bit emulator. There are limitations (Enterprise Manager, for example, will not run) but the SQL Server runs like a top
Security: Most DBAs prefer to remove the SQL Server login "BUILTIN\Administrators" either from the SQL Server or from the fixed server role "sysadmins" for security reasons
