Miscellaneous Bits & Pieces:
Helpful Keyboard Shortcuts: "CTRL" + "SHIFT" highlights a block of text when used with the arrow keys
Performance Tip: TRUNCATE TABLE is much faster than DELETE when removing all rows from a table. One caveat: TRUNCATE TABLE cannot be run on a table with foreign keys
Helpful Keyboard Shortcuts: "ALT" + "F4" closes the application or, if no applications are open, prompts you to shutdown/log off
